Now that's a very common trend in Warsaw nowadays. We don't know when and why, but these shoes got really popular by the Vistula. They come in all colors of the rainbow , with white being the 'classic' one. Everywhere you go, there's loads of girls sporting the ruffled skirt-colorful "Czeszki" look.
